Imelda Sitorus
Managing Director
Imelda Sitorus is an international strategy, commercial and business transformation executive with nearly two decades of experience working across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other international growth markets.
Her career has spanned strategic planning, business intelligence, commercial strategy, market entry, pricing, business development, transformation and organizational change within complex multinational environments.
Before establishing Aquila Meridian Consultancy, she held senior leadership roles within the international commercial vehicle industry, working across global organizations and leading strategic initiatives involving multiple markets, partners and stakeholders.
Through Aquila Meridian Consultancy, she brings an operator's perspective to advisory work—combining structured strategic thinking with an understanding of what it takes to execute strategy inside real organizations.
